Entry Requirements
a. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People's Republic of China, and be in good health, and good character
b. The applicants for doctoral programs must have a master's degree.
c. All applicants require to have at least two written recommendation letters from two associate professors or scholars with equivalent or above academic titles related to the major applying for.
d. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs should obtain a minimum score of 180 or above in New HSK Level 5.
e. International student applicants，with former permanent residency in P.R. China (Mainland), China-Hong Kong, China-Macau or China-Taiwan having emigrated abroad, must provide evidence for possession of current valid foreign passport or nationality documentation for more than 4 years (inclusive), and evidence or proof of actual residency abroad for more than 2 years within the previous 4 years period calculated by the 30th of April prior to the end of the academic year (actual residency is calculated by total of residency abroad for more than 9 months per year, subject to valid entry and exit date stamps on travel document).

Passport must be valid within 6 months from the date of submitting the application
*4. Digital Photo
2-inch color photo, hatless, white background without border. The head occupies 2/3 of the photo size, and the photo size is no less than 320*240 Pixel, aspect ratio is 4:3, size is 100-500KB, JPG Format photo, named after passport number.
*5. Academic transcripts
Transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*6. Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy)
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
Applicants who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university.*7. Recommendation letters
Applicants for a postgraduate program shall submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors.
*8. Financial guarantee proof (proof of deposit)
If the deposit is in the name of the applicant's relative, a certificate of relative relationship is required.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
